Chi Sono / About me...
Maria del Carmen La Rosa Cortés, per gli amici Chudy. Nata a Buenos Aires e cresciuta tra il Perù e l'Argentina. Cittadina svedese, italiana di adozione. Al termine del liceo in Perù, ho vinto una borsa di studio per studiare all'Università dell'Amicizia dei Popoli a Mosca, quando esisteva ancora l'Unione Sovietica. Dopo un anno mi sono trasferita in Svezia, dove ho studiato la lingua svedese e poi una carriera. Ho ottenuto un lavoro presso l'azienda Ericsson, dove ho avuto grandi prospettive di carriera lavorando con la gestione di progetti e successivamente come formatore. Dopo dodici anni ho lasciato la Svezia per trasferirmi a Roma con un contratto di lavoro presso l'azienda Ericsson Fatme. Sono tornata periodicamente in Perù dove ho lavorato come consulente nel campo della Qualità Totale e del Project Management. Una volta stabilita in Italia, ho deciso di iniziare una nuova avventura come motivatore, un'attività in cui posso utilizzare la mia esperienza per aiutare altri nello sviluppo personale. Sono membro dell'EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) e come tale seguo il Codice Etico dell'organizzazione, a garanzia della mia professionalità. Upon finishing high school in Peru, I won a scholarship to study at the Peoples' Friendship University in Moscow, when the Soviet Union still existed. After a year I moved to Sweden, where I studied the Swedish language and then a career. I got a job at the Ericsson company where I had great career prospects working with project management and later as a trainer. After twelve years I left Sweden to move to Rome with an employment contract at the Ericsson Fatme company. I periodically returned to Peru where I worked as a consultant in the field of total quality and project management. Once established in Italy, I decided to start a new adventure as a motivator, an activity where I can use my experience to help others with personal development. I am a member of EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and as such I follow the Ethical Code of the organization, to guarantee my professionalism..

Durante i miei anni di lavoro nelle filiali Ericsson di Europa ed Australia, nell'area del Project Management, ho sviluppato capacità di leadership, di formare squadre di lavoro e di motivare i membri della squadra a credere in se stessi per raggiungere gli obiettivi, non ostante gli ostacoli e lo stress. Grazie a l'opportunità che ho avuto di lavorare in tanti paesi diversi, ho imparato ad essere creativa per affrontare le difficoltà, a guardare tutto da differenti prospettive e quindi trovare le risposte dentro di me. Dicono che il mio entusiasmo e la mia positività siano le mie caratteristiche più note. La mia grande soddisfazione? Aiutare le persone a riuscire a fare cose che non avrebbero mai creduto di poter fare! During the years I worked at the Ericsson subsidiaries in Europe and Australia, within the Project Management area, I have developed leadership skills and ability to form work teams and to motivate team members to believe in themselves to achieve goals despite the obstacles and the stress. Thanks to the opportunity I had to work in many different countries, I learned to be creative to face difficulties, to focus everything from different perspectives and then find the answers within me. They say that my enthusiasm and my positivity are my best known characteristics. My great satisfaction? Helping people do things they never thought they could!
