Sedute e corsi in presenza e a distanza. Metodi innovativi, sviluppati applicando tecniche di gestione di progetti per analizzare una situazione, valutare le possibili soluzioni, organizzare le idee e prendere decisioni. Mi piace usare parole semplici ed esempi della vita quotidiana, poiché realizzare i propri sogni non deve sembrare un'utopia ma una realtà raggiungibile. Nelle sedute si includono esercizi per imparare a applicare gli insegnamenti. Il primo incontro, gratuito e non vincolante, serve per conoscere uno l'altra, studiare il caso in particolare, proporre il programma a seguire e definire il costo. TARIFFE CONVENIENTI E POSSIBILITA' DI CONVENZIONE CON SCUOLE, ORGANIZZAZIONI E  PUBBLICA AMMINISTRAZIONE. Sessions and courses in presence and at a distance. Innovative methods, developed by  applying project management techniques to analyze a situation, evaluate possible solutions, organize ideas and make decisions. I like to use simple words and examples of everyday life, because realizing one’s dreams must not seem like a utopia but an attainable reality. Sessions include exercises to learn how to apply the teachings. Vivere facendo ciò che si ama../To live doing what you love..

..e amando ciò che si fa per vivere, questa è per me la frase che meglio descrive cosa vuol dire realizzarsi come persona. Ognuno di noi ama una cosa diversa: c'è chi ama fare carriera, chi ama rimanere a casa a fare il genitore, chi ama vivere in campagna, chi ama vivere dell'arte, chi ama guidare una Ferrari, chi ama fare volontariato in un villaggio sperduto. L'importante è ricordare che realizzarsi come persona e diventare ricco non sono sinonimi.  
..and loving what you do for a living, this is for me the phrase that best describes what it means to be fulfilled as a person. Each of us loves something different: there are those who love to make a career, those who love to stay at home to be a parent, those who love to live in the countryside, those who love to live in art, those who love to drive a Ferrari, those who love to  volunteer in a remote village. The important thing is to remember that realizing your self as a person and becoming rich are not synonymous.

500 anni dopo../ 500 years after..

..che Leonardo da Vinci disegnasse la "Vite Aerea", il drone elicottero della NASA "Ingenuity", la cui struttura è sorprendentemente simile al disegno di da Vinci, atterrò su Marte, precisamente il 18 Febbraio 2021.  A Leonardo dissero che il suo progetto era impossibile da realizzare.
..Leonardo da Vinci designed the "Aerial Screw", NASA's helicopter drone "Ingenuity", whose structure is strikingly similar to da Vinci's drawing, landed on Mars, precisely on February 18th, 2021. Leonardo was told that his project was impossible to carry out.

Un vero leader../ A true leader..

..non da ordini, delega compiti; non si sente superiore ma responsabile del gruppo; scopre i talenti nascosti di ciascuno e sprona tutti a sfruttare al massimo le loro capacità; converte le differenze in ricchezza; intuisce quando qualcuno nel gruppo ha un problema e le tende una mano amica; non cerca colpevoli ma soluzioni; stimola la crescita di tutti e si rallegra con i loro trionfi;  è seguito per convinzione, non per obbligazione. Gli insegnamenti di un vero leader non si scordano mai..
..does not give orders, but delegates tasks; he/she does not feel superior but responsible for the group; he/she discovers everyone's hidden talents and encourages everyone to make the most of their abilities; he/she converts differences into wealth; he/she senses when someone in the group has a problem and extends a helping hand to that person; he/she does not seek culprits but solutions; he/she stimulates the growth of all and rejoices in their triumphs; a true leader is followed by conviction, not by obligation. The teachings of a true leader are never forgotten ..

..sii intuitivo/a, apri la tua mente a tutte le possibilità; la soluzione può stare dove meno lo pensi . Non fermarti fino a risolvere il problema! 
..be intuitive, open your mind to all possibilities; the solution can be where you least think. Don't stop until the problem is solved!   

La musica, in tutte le sue manifestazioni../Music, in all its manifestations..

..collega il nostro spirito a quella forza superiore di cui facciamo parte. Quando suoniamo uno strumento, quando cantiamo o quando balliamo con passione, il corpo fisico e la mente vengono controllati da questa forza, una forza che non sente né dolore, né stanchezza; quella forza poi, esce da noi amplificata e arriva all'anima delle persone che ci circondano. Quella Forza Superiore si può chiamare Energia Divina, Mente Universale, Spirito della Natura o semplicemente Dio!
..connects our spirit to that higher force of which we are a part. When we play an instrument, when we sing or when we dance with passion, the physical body and mind are controlled by this force, a force that feels neither pain nor fatigue; that force then comes out of us amplified and reaches the soul of the people around us. That Upper Force can be called Divine Energy, Universal Mind, Spirit of Nature or just God!
